About Your Teacher
Pietro is no stranger to people laughing at him in public. Prior to taking classes at House Party with Joshua Thomas, Pietro cut his teeth pretending to be someone he isn’t at Columbia University in New York City. Tired of the bright lights and limitless possibilities, Pietro relocated to San Antonio, unexpectedly falling in love with the brand of improv comedy House Party has spent years cultivating and mastering. He is well traveled and brings a fresh, hilarious perspective to the stage every time he performs!
Pietro joined House Party Improv as a main cast member in late 2024. You can catch him every Friday and Saturday as a performer. You can also catch him teaching classes and leading workshops at House Party Improv! Pietro brings coaching and teaching perspectives from a sports and military background.
He grew up playing team sports from a young age, and continued his career as a coach when he retired from playing. Pietro also spent seven years in the military developing a thoughtful and professional coaching style. As a coach, he excels at communicating comedic ideas and concepts in an approachable way.
Pietro is represented by TAG Talent Agency and has appeared in commercials, vertical shorts, and short films. He continues to grow as a performer and is bringing those experiences to House Party Improv every week. From the stage to the classroom, Pietro embodies the House Party principals of fun, community, and of course, “yes, and”!
